Welcome to my blog!

I’ve wanted a space like this for a long time – a place to share ideas, stories, and tools that have shaped my work, my leadership, and my relationships. At the top of that list is the PeopleMap System, a framework that has genuinely changed how I understand myself and the people around me.

I first encountered PeopleMap back in 2006 during a training led by Dr. Lillibridge for the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute (FELI). I still remember the moment it clicked. After years of trying to make sense of personality assessments that were hard to recall or apply, PeopleMap opened an entirely new world. It was simple without being simplistic. Memorable without being gimmicky. Most importantly, it made sense of the way people actually think, feel, and communicate.

From that very first workshop, I started using PeopleMap everywhere – at home with my family, in conversations at work, and in the way I led teams. I found myself anticipating communication patterns, diffusing tension more easily, and appreciating strengths I previously misunderstood. The system didn’t just help me understand others better; it helped me understand myself in a way that led to real growth.

Over time, I became such a believer that I eventually pursued certification as a trainer. Now I have the privilege of helping individuals and organizations gain clarity, build healthier teams, and communicate with purpose. And that’s really why this blog exists – to share those insights more broadly.

Thanks for being here at the beginning. I’m excited to see where this space goes and hope that what you find here helps you grow in self-awareness, connection, and confidence – just as PeopleMap did for me.
