Using proven personality and communication tools, primarily the People Map framework, I help individuals and teams better understand how they are wired, how others are wired, and how those differences shape communication, relationships, and performance. My personal mission is simple: to help people grow in self-awareness, because when people understand themselves, they lead better, work better together, and experience healthier, more fulfilling work and relationships.
