How it Works: The Process

A Half Day That Changes How Your Engineers Work Together

Step 01: Everyone Takes the Assessment

Before or during the session, each participant completes the PeopleMap personality assessment. It takes about 10 minutes and requires no prior knowledge or preparation.

Step 02: The Group Workshop

Michael facilitates a live, interactive session where participants learn their personality type, explore how other types communicate and operate, and practice applying that insight to real team dynamics.

Step 03: Every Participant Leaves With Their Report

Each person receives a personal profile report — a clear breakdown of their type, their natural strengths, their potential blind spots, and how to work most effectively with the other types on their team.
